CASA CHAI

Our hand-blended signature Chai is the perfect fusion of high-grade organic black tea and an exquisitely balanced mix of organic chai ingredients. Complex, spicy and heartwarming, A must for any tea collection. This blend is traditionally brewed with soy milk and honey.

Chai brewing method: Add ½ a cup of boiling water per person to a stovetop pot or small saucepan. Add 1-2 heaped teaspoons of fresh Casa Chai per person to the pot. Simmer on LOW heat for around 4-5 minutes and stir occasionally with love. Add ½ a cup of milk per person (preferably full cream or organic soy). Keep the heat on low until steam begins to rise. Strain to a teapot or mug and add honey to sweeten. 

Pair with: scones, soft cheese, crackers, milk chocolate, savoury & sweet biscuits
