This labour intensive hand-crafted green tea is as aesthetically pleasing as it is delicious and delicate on the palate.
The hand shaped leaves appear as one pole and two knives- consisting of two straight leaves protecting the one bud with white hairs, in the centre. The leaves are bright green and are derived from the Shidaye cultivar.

Tasting notes: The brew is a brilliant clear liquor with a soft clean flavour of fresh bamboo and floral notes.
