Taiwanese Ruby Black, is very fragrant and rich with an incredible flavour profile of cinnamon, eucalyptus, stewed fruits and an almost cherry liqueur-like after taste. This limited production tea is from Sun- Moon Lake in Taiwan and is one of the most unique black teas on the market. Derived from a special tea cultivar called Ruby 18, which was developed by the Taiwanese Tea Research people (TTRES).
