This is a unique category and includes Puerh tea from Yunnan and brick tea which is found throughout China.
The health benefits of Dark tea have been documented by the Chinese which has resulted in clear evidence that the dark tea (including puerh) is excellent for reducing blood pressure and cholesterol and assisting with digestion.
The dark tea is available in aged puerh cakes or loose leaf style and also in both Sheng (raw) and Shou (cooked) cakes.
