Mi Lan Xiang, or 'Honey Orchid Fragrance', dancong oolong tea from Guangdong, China. This gorgeous hand-picked and processed tea, is one of the most popular and well known in the category of dancong oolongs. As the name suggests, the tea has notes of sweet-honey and orchids and stone fruits. Once brewed, this tea will deliver a slightly roasted flavour, combined with a floral aroma, a distinctively sweet honey after taste and a surprisingly pleasant bitter edge. When allowed to cool, the flavours of this tea become more pronounced and complex.
