Black tea or Red Tea (Hong Cha) has so many variations, and from country to country, region to region it will have a completely different flavour profile. Our collection contains some of the world’s best small batch, sustainably sources artisan teas and hand blended creations.
Black tea is usually 100% oxidised and therefore results in beautiful notes of honey, malt, chocolate, toast, caramel etc. Each black tea is unique, a true representation of a tea masters skill and the terroir from where it was produced.
